Saran Muthiah is an accomplished healthcare leader, innovator, and lead paediatric physiotherapist with over 20 years’ NHS experience. A subject matter expert in improving patient pathways through cutting-edge digital solutions and process improvement, he also leads a Paediatric Movement Disorder Service supporting children with neurodisability, developmental disorders and other neurological conditions.

As founder of EnrichMyCare—an award-winning digital health platform that enables families and clinicians to share information, coordinate care, and support decision-making in children and young people’s care pathways including neurodevelopmental, neurodisability, and rare disease pathways—Saran has been recognised with a Medilink Midlands Business Award and through the NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur Programme for his leadership in digital transformation.

With a rare blend of clinical, technical, and strategic insight, his academic achievements include a Global Executive MBA (with distinction) from world-leading business schools and a master’s in computer science. He is currently undertaking a doctorate in Clinical AI, focused on using artificial intelligence to enable early diagnosis, personalised care, and greater efficiency in paediatric and rare disease pathways. Passionate about connecting the dots across health, technology, and lived experience, he is keen to meet like-minded people to explore opportunities for co-creation and co-production that drive meaningful change in healthcare.
